Then I contacted customer service and they said they use their discretion not to unlock my account, no more explanation. Incredible.
The website functionalities could be improved but overall Elements offers a great variety of good quality assets. Recommended.

I've been a long standing customer. I've never had a problem with them and they have a great selection of media. One of my favorite subscriptions.

Envato Elements offers a wide range of assets for the video production professionals like myself.
As a designer of my own platforms , envato elements helps me finding everything i need to be an up-to-date creator . I download music, stock photos , stock videos , adobe after effects templates , adobe premier templets , stickers , literally i can fined everything i need for my project . I am familiar with adobe premier , but not with after effects , but let me tell you that thier templetes are easy to use and the downladed file includes either pdf step by step guide , or video step by step guide . I had create my first motion graphic easily with envato elements ! Can i mention the price ! For the subscribtion for one month price you can download all what you need ! The price of 1 month subscribtion would equal the price of 1 music track i used to buy before finding Envato elements ! I wish everybody know about this great website .
I think Envato is great and use it regularly. The platform helps me find resources quickly. The photo options are a little slim at the moment, but I am sure they will grow in time.
